At Khushali Chemicals, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read this Refund & Replacement Policy carefully before placing an order.

🚫 NO RETURN POLICY AFTER DISPATCH

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be returned.

Due to the nature of chemical products, safety standards, and quality control regulations, we do not accept returns after dispatch under any circumstances.

🔁 REPLACEMENT POLICY (WRONG PRODUCT ONLY)

Replacement will be provided only if an incorrect product is delivered.

Conditions for Replacement:

  • The issue must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Invoice or proof of purchase is mandatory

📦 DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If the product is:

  • Damaged during transit, or

  • Incorrect product delivered

Contact us immediately with clear photos or videos so we can evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement if applicable.

❌ NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns for:

  • Chemical products once dispatched

  • Opened or used items

  • Hazardous, flammable, or regulated materials

  • Sale or clearance items

💰 REFUNDS

  • Refunds are applicable only if replacement is not possible

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refunds are typically completed within 10 business days

  • Bank or payment gateway processing time may vary

If more than 15 business days have passed since refund approval, please contact us.
